fitting filling for the celebrations. Or, try the classic cucumber, egg mayonnaise or ham and mustard.

Spice up your brunch menu with coronation chicken on toast - stack it up high with layers of crusty buttered toast sandwiched with delicious filling.
Add a twist to a trifle with Pimm's - a true British combination. Drizzle 50ml of Pimm's over the base layer of sponge fingers, top with raspberry jelly, blueberries and sliced strawberries, and a layer of custard. Finish with whipped cream and decorate
with more strawberries, lemon zest and mint leaves.
Reinvent the characteristically British fish and chips into a pie - a dish that will really wow your guests. Lay a shallow casserole dish with skinless and boneless haddock chunks, a creamy white sauce, chopped boiled eggs, and top with homemade chips, then bake for 40 minutes.

Add these classic British cocktails on your menus to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee.
This deliciously refreshing punch is perfect for big get togethers or featuring as a 'Jubilee special' on your menu. Simply combine three parts of gin and prosecco, with two parts apple juice, one part fresh lemon juice, one part elderflower cordial and sugar syrup. Serve in a punch bowl or large jug and garnish with crisp, thinly sliced apple.
English Breakfast tea and vodka - who would've thought of that combination? In a jar, pour 350ml of vodka and add in one English Breakfast tea bag. Allow to steep at room temperature for two hours, then remove the tea bag.
Mix two teaspoons of honey with 15ml of water.
To make the cocktail, pour 50ml of the vodka into a cocktail shaker over ice, one sprig of thyme, 20ml of lemon juice and the honey syrup - shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with another sprig of thyme and serve.
