  1. Prepare the simit as per cooking instructions and slice open

  2. Add a layer of cream cheese, smoked salmon and sliced avocado

  3. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and black pepper

An indulgent chocolate and banana treat the kids will love

  1. Prepare the simit as per cooking instructions and slice into two halves

  2. Top each half with a thin layer of Nutella

  3. Add sliced banana

A classic lunchbox favourite with a Mediterranean twist

  1. Prepare the Simit as per cooking instructions, slice and butter

  2. Add sliced cheddar cheese (also works well with halloumi)

  3. Top with thinly sliced tomatoes
