We have launched a ‘Think Fresh Chicken’ campaign, to encourage caterers to improve quality, flavour and margins with our NEW fresh, air-chilled chicken!
The new range consists of fresh calibrated chicken breast fillets, pictured below (90-110g, 2x5kg), boneless chicken thighs (skin-off, 2x5kg) and boneless chicken legs (skin-on and skin-off, 2x5kg).
The chicken breasts are pre-cut, helping caterers to save time, reduce waste and support portion control. They are perfect for breading and frying (pictured above), grilling or BBQ’ing (as seen below).

Harrow-based restaurant and takeaway, Kebabland uses skin-on chicken leg to make its popular chicken doner, which delivers an “excellent margin”, said to JJ’s Group General Manager, Terry Larkin.
“The meat costs just £1 per portion* for the caterer. That’s an 85% margin when sold at £6.50 per kebab,” he said.
